Gears of war 4 ultimate edition codes for 1,2&3 not sent to me (case #Sr1359898412)

I have still not received my gears of war codes for 1, 2 & 3 when i purchased and installed my gow4 ultimate edition on October 12, 2016. I was told to state my case number here.

I've purchased gears of war 4 and can't get 1-3 although it comes with package

I've recently purchased gears of war 4 ultimate edition and was told I would get gears of war 1,2 and 3 game codes to download

i bought gears of war ultimate edition and have not gotten any of the codes for the free gears of war games,i was supposed to get gears of war 1,2, and 3 and judgement

please don't post Sr numbers only support uses them and posting them publicly may cause privacy issues as anyone can call it in with that number and get your name address email etc

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Codes for Gears of War 4 were never sent out. If you own Gears of War Ultimate Edition you'll have access to the beta once it begins in Spring. So long as you're signed into your account and play Gears of War Ultimate Edition before March 1st you'll have
access.
