Gears of War 4 "scam"

Hello,

I was referred here from Xbox Support live chat to help me solve my issue.

Tonight I saw an ad on Facebook for a USA themed gnasher skin on Gears of War 4 if the player bought the $10 eSports pack off the Gears 4 store. Thinking I'd be getting a cool USA skin, I bought it. Little did I know, you don't have a very good shot at
getting the skin from just spending $10 on a micro transaction for a game I already spent $70 on. I have been a paying, loyal Xbox and Xbox Live customer for 11 years now, I am just hoping that I can get a code for the skin goodwilled.

Does anybody else find the 4k mode on the Xbox One X version of this blurry when moving, looking or panning the camera around? (Characters don't blur, just scenery when panning the camera).

 

anything on fb you should address the ad itself if you click on th Ad you can see the terms and conditions those have nothing to do with ms

Anything from ms would be on the console or this website
