    Gears of War 4 & Quantum Break Code Issues


    Gears of War 4:

    -Did not get 'Fan Appreciation Gift' promotion but met all the conditions for receiving it. I did all the requirements on the last day of the promo. While I haven't received it yet, I did get my codes for GoW 1-3 + Judgement fyi.

    Quantum Break:

    -Having not used my XB1 from May to Oct./Nov. (5-6 months), I was asked to update the console firmware. After updating, my conversation was wiped or just disappeared which contained my Windows 10 Quantum Break code. Would like to get it back anyway possible
    since I don't have W10 yet to redeem on the Windows Store (Still on Win7).

    I'm sure its possible to look at code redemption date history for both or whatnot, no?

    P.S. Possible to delete thread instead of locking after resolution? If not, hide it? Would like to remain private.

    Are there any couch coop games coming out exclusively for xbox?

    Halo: MCC, Gears of War Ultimate, GOW 4, COD: Black Ops III, Lego games, Diablo 3, ARK: Survival Evolved, Quantum Break, Hitman.

    Never Got My Alan Wake's American Nightmare code

    I also pre-ordered Quantum Break and haven't received any code of the promotional items (Alan Wake, etc.) only for the Quantum Break itself. Please help. Been through this several times now. With Gears of War, Fallout 4 etc. Getting a little annoying chasing
    items/codes that are rightfully yours. Thanks

    Gears of War 4 & Quantum Break Code Issues

    For the Gears of War 4 Fan Appreciation, you would have needed to play any Gears of War title on your Xbox Live account to become eligible. These codes have since expired on 12/31/2016, and we're unable to assist with this specific offer due to the codes
    being expired. Apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    As for Quantum Break, I sent you a message over Xbox Live. Please check your inbox for further information!
