Gears of War 4 promo offer of GoW 1, 2, 3 and Judgement Day Xbox 360 compatible not received

Hi, as per topic title I purchased and redeemed Gears of War 4 before the end of 2016 and according to the site where I bought the game, it should entitle me for a free download of Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement Day with 360 compatibility? From what
I could find the codes should be delivered through the messenger system, but I've not received anything so far. Can you please send me the codes? Thanks!

Pre-Ordered GOW 4 Two Weeks Ago, have not received bonus code

Hi,

I pre-ordered GOW 4 on Oct 5 and have not received the "Gears of War Collection" pre-order bonus code yet for the backwards compatible GOW 1, 2, 3, Judgement titles. I called xbox support and they said to post here for a faster resolution.

I purchased Gears of War 2TB LE Bundle and have not yet received my codes for Xbox 360 GOW 1, 2, 3, and Judgement.

 

I have the same thing. I picked up a new Xbox One S (from Xbox.com) and had the same promo. Live chat support referred me here. So, count me as the same thing!

I'm having an issue with the same promotion, but mostly due to my own stupidity. I got the same promo offer, and received my codes. However, I guess I put the codes for Gears of War 1 and 2 into the wrong place, being the 360 Live service (since I was playing
a 360 game at the time), and they didn't work. I ended up deleting the message and moving on. However, the next day (the day of this post), I put in the codes for 3 and Judgment into the Xbox One service just out of last resort and they worked. If possible,
I would really like to receive my codes for 1 and 2 again. I contacted the chat support and they sent me here with reference number 1370048466. This is my first time using the forums so I hope I did everything correctly!

 

It's not possible to pick it up from xbox.com

This isn't a etailer website

It's only for digital distribution

@everyone make sure you qualified and it supposed to be posted in the support section and you have to make your own thread

First you have to have gold and adult account

And purchase it and played Online before the end of last year

And not live in Japan or china

Hi ! I was waiting for my prepaid codes for Gears of War too ,but it seems I didn't get them. I have the game GOW 4 and got an achievement in December and I'm also a gold member ,being told that these are the conditions to be eligible to receive the prepaid
codes for the other GOW versions .Can you please help ? thanks !

 

Same here. Talked with Microsoft support yesterday and they told me it depends on the bundle you purchased, but they couldn't tell me which bundle and I couldn't find that anywhere. Eventually just gave up.

If you bought gears before the end. Of the year you get the codes as long as you qualified

None came with the codes with it

You had to qualify for the codes one

2nd codes would do no good after the expiry date hence why they send them out

The important thing most people miss is that fact you need to redeem the gears on an adult account and no you cant change your account to adult after until you hit 18 and there is no way to force it

And no changing the age or Ms account will affect it

Also yku need to be in a qualifying region

 

dand fyi you need to make your own posts as the op would get his but the support won't answer anyone else in the thread and more posts only delays the supports responce
