    Hi,

    I am a real fan. Gears of War 4 is my favourite game.

    My gamertag : .

    Yesterday, i've spend more of 80 000 credits in game on packs (value 400 credits per pack) on Trashball packs.

    80 000 credits it's approx 80 hours in game to economize... It's more of 200 packs !

    I've unlock all items, with lot of dupes, but the most important item is missing : Cole Trashball character skin !

    My problem : i've had 8 x Locust and 0 x Cole, the RNG is totally unbalanced.

    I'm so disappointed... Now i have 500 credits only on my account, i'm done, and Cole missing.

    It isn't normal with the number of packs i have opened.

    Can you help me and unlock Cole Trashball characters skins, directly in my account, please ?

    With all this time to play and the number of credits spend, i think it could be a normal restitution...

    Honestly. I'm not a liar. I need your help.

    Microsoft, please, help me.
