Hello hopefully you can help me as I was told by support to post this here. I preordered gears of war 4 under the paypal promotion where I would receive 10 dollars to use on the xbox store. I have not yet received any codes to redeem it. Im also missing
the first 4 games that came with the preorder gears 1 thru judgement. Just wanted to know when I would receive these bonuses.

I Preordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal but Did Not Receive Xbox Credit

Hi, I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal using this promo:

Pre-order Gears of War 4 with PayPal and get $10 in free Xbox Store credit

but I haven't received my $10 credit when it said I should receive it within 10 days. Can anyone help?

Code: One (1) 5X5 code for $10 credit, usable in the U.S. Xbox Store, will be sent to your Microsoft account within 30 days of your pre-order purchase, unless you have exercised your right to cancel. You will then be required to redeem this code in order
to add the $10 credit to your Microsoft account by following the instructions included at Xbox.com/redeemcode. Limit one (1) code per person and Microsoft account.

So if after 30 days you still don't have your code, let us know and we'll take a look.
