Gears of War 4: No Vintage pack or Brothers to the End...

Hey guys, I've been referred here from MS support. I preordered the game and have the receipt if needed for proof I am missing Vintage pack & Brothers to the end preorder DLC which came with every preorder. If anyone can sort this it is very much appreciated.

I don't have my dlc

I preordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition and for some reason I don't have my season pass I don't have my brothers to the end pack and also I don't have these characters vintage jd vintage del tomorrow anya old man Marcus and zombie dom

 

I'm missing DLC content for Gears of War 4

I pre-ordered the Gears of War 4 standard edition from the Microsoft Store online but I did not receive the "Brothers to the end Elite Gear Pack," the "Vintage Del Pack," or any retail-specific bonus items. The only thing I did get was all the previous Gears
of War games. Please help.

 

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins



The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).



IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased from if
you do not have this code.



Why does this pack appear as Adam Fenix DLC in my Downloaded Items?

This is a display error with the pack, and does not have an impact on your ability to find this content in game.



How do I find my Characters and Weapon Skins?

Unlike many of our other bonus items, these Cards go directly into your inventory. Head to the Customization menu and check your Characters, Lancer and Gnasher weapon skins.



I can’t find the Brothers To The End items.

leave a post in this thread with your Gamertag, what’s missing, how you purchased your copy of Gears of War 4 and when you first played (please be as specific as possible).

That's the issue...

The retailer is shaking all responsibility and I explained that to support as they state they never received codes so it's not their problem.

I can PM you the MS conversation code to review it.

Spent 4 days going back and forth between MS and the retailer both saying it's not their problem then made progress today and was forwarded to you guys.

I have proof of purchase of preorder and an email from them stating it's not their issue as well as screen grabs stating the preorders are for both retail and digital and also a full conversation from ms support.

Miss the Bonus and can't find any help.

Just the dumpest sh** like Re-install it.

I am no Idiot. I tried everything.

As Bowski477 mentioned, since this was a physical copy of Gears of War 4. The codes would be packed into the game case. If you didn't receive a copy with codes in it, only the retailer would be able to provide any sort of replacement codes.

To clarify, Pre orders do come with the codes, but if it's a digital copy, the license is associated with the account that purchased it on pre order. Physical purchases would have a code inside the box or printed on the receipt depending on the participating
retailer and only they would be able to replace the codes.
