Buenas tardes a todos los del foro.

Espero me puedan ayudar, ya no se que mas hacer.

Tengo el Gears of War 4 en formato digital (lo pre-ordene antes del lanzamiento), un poco despues salio en descuento la edicion ultimate y lo compre (lo tenia 2 veces), cuando empezo a dejar de funcionar contacte a soporte tecnico de xbox y me hicieron un
reembolso del juego (ultimate edition) y compre el juego en formato fisico, ¿que puedo hacer para que me borren el que pre-ordene?, ya no me interesa el reembolso solo quiero que lo quiten de mi historial para que pueda correrlo desde el disco de juego.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light goes off.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Now I understand you are trying to have the game launch with the disc and not through your Digital Entitlement. Have you attempted to Uninstall the game completely including all game saves from local and
cloud storage?

Go ahead and take a look at the
Xbox One cloud game saves: FAQ. There will be a list of links, at the bottom of the list you will find the section for How do I delete saves I don't want. once you have removed the saves and uninstalled the game, go ahead and insert the disc, and wait for
the installation to start automatically.

If you are still able to launch the game without the disc then I would highly suggest contacting
Xbox Customer Support and expressing to them that you simply want to have the game removed from your account.

Give it a try and let us know of any changes.
