Gears of War 4 Month Long wait

We would politely ask that if you're having this issue to please create your own thread so we'll be able to track this easier. We're looking into it, but to make the process much smoother we would appreciate it if you could make your own thread if you haven't
already.

true that bro. I should have bought the disk copy rather than downloading it from the xbox store......i would have paid 30 bucks less and would have gotten the codes with the disk

yeah, I bought Xbox one S with GoW4 a month ago, and I still have not got the codes for the Xbox 360 GoW games.

An official response would be good. Not just a "within a month" reply, because that seems like an excuse.

From browsing the forum replies, it seems that it takes some people the whole 30 days for it to show up. Have they arrived yet?

The fine print says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment ] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+ " -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?

Support has no way to get the codes it is only the promotions team who can only.be reached here

You have to follow mister makas postpost and make your own thread and wait for the answer bujping your own thread only slows down the proccess and you have to remember they only work business hours PST

You don't bump others threads because they go from oldest to newest

That's how you get your answers

Also another requirement is gold membership is needed and required

Along with an adult account and no privacy settings don't count nor does changing the age after the fact change anything

I have the same issue. Support said I would have codes by Nov 12th. I talked to them today, and they said to message here.
