Gears of War 4 Month Long wait

I purchased the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S, and saw the promotion for getting the other Gears of War titles, I've messaged support twice now, and always get the same answer "It could take up to a month" well, here it is 29 days after I redeemed the digital
download included win the G.O.W. 4 Xbox, and STILL NO CODE

I have also been waiting a month now, and have contacted support via Twitter and online chat. Both occasions they said it could take up to a month. Well here we are, still waiting!

It seems like lots of people are waiting for Xbox 360 legacy collection. I really don't understand what the issue is?

There never seems to be any response on these forums from Microsoft.

 

yeah, I bought Xbox one S with GoW4 a month ago, and I still have not got the codes for the Xbox 360 GoW games.

An official response would be good. Not just a "within a month" reply, because that seems like an excuse.

Same here. It's a shame Microsoft has to use false advertising to sell their games. Last time I'm buying anything from them anyways.

 

true that bro. I should have bought the disk copy rather than downloading it from the xbox store......i would have paid 30 bucks less and would have gotten the codes with the disk

 

I have the same issue. Support said I would have codes by Nov 12th. I talked to them today, and they said to message here.

 

After contacting support twice, I am also waiting for my download codes for all four of the gears games. It's the only reason I purchased the Ultimate addition. Codes should have been in the box like Playstation exclusives. This isn't a nice welcome back
xbox.

I too are having the same problem, Been 32 days now and still no codes. I have just spoke with support and been pushed on to here

From browsing the forum replies, it seems that it takes some people the whole 30 days for it to show up. Have they arrived yet?

The fine print says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment ] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+ " -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?
