Gears of War 4 MoAppHang

When i try to Gears of War 4 game randomly freezes permanently and then the game crashes.

A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

My system and drivers are already up-to-date. I uninstalled game. I even tried formatting my pc with a clean installation. I have GTX 1060 and i7 6700hq. I recieving this error in only Gears 4. When i also play windowed its randomly freezed and not responds.
And after crashing i sometimes recieve a bluescreen and it says BAD_POOL_CALLER

No, i dont use any programs and antiviruses even in background and i tried a clean startup. I keep getting this problem

I'd be happy to jump in and provide some other information.

From the research I've done related to blue screen errors caused by a bad pool error, the issue is usually related to bad drivers or overclocking of the computer. Also a bad RAM may cause this but it is rare. Pool's are a Window's term for drivers that are
allocated with memory. I found a number of resources from different websites that have solutions that may be helpful in your case.

Nope. Still continues. Also i even checked my ram with memtest86.

Make sure the computer and drivers are all up to date. You can also try these two things.

Corrupted data may cause your game to not work properly. here are two steps on how to isolate the system issue:

1. Perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update, or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is a
