I haven't got gears of war 1,2 or 3 from promotion

Hello there I bought the promotional package with was the limited edition Xbox one with gears of war 4 and the digital downloads of gears of war 1,2 and 3 and some other content for gears of war 4 I received the code for the content for gears of war 4 but
haven't received anything else.

Hi I had a code for gears of war 4 come through in message box on console off Xbox live for being a loyal customer but I accidentally deleted it,, after a ling conversation with Jayson L from Xbox support he said to message on here and I should be a to get

Hey ImJusLucky -

The Gears of War Operations Pack Codes are single use codes so they are only able to be used by the account that redeems the code. If your wife has not redeemed the code, you can write it down and redeem it on your account. If she has redeemed it on her
account already, we are unable to further assist as codes cannot be transferred between accounts.

Hopefully it is the former and not the latter but let us know.

If you still don't have your codes a month after redeeming your Gears of War 4 game, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look then.

Codes for this specific promotion are not sent within 7-10 days, however pre-order customers can expect to receive their codes closer to the release of Gears of War 4. You can find this information over at the official
Gears of War Pre-order page.

Be sure to keep an eye on that page for further information when it's available!

That promo ended last year and wasn't included in the packages they were sent out later

Those would be dlc packs included with gears 4

Can you show an ad where it was included ?

If it is the gears collection then no that wasnt includes and ended last year

When I purchased ultimate edition the codes came in the packaging. It was a paper gears of war with a grey thing to scratch on it that has the codes
