Gears of War 4 limited edition Bundle does not come with gears of war 1-3 and judgement

Upon purchasing the Gears of War 4 limited edition Xbox one S 2tb bundle, you will NOT receive a code for the previous Gears of War games: Gears of War 1, 2, 3 nor Judgement. Be aware of this upon purchasing at your local store. Being a manager at a Gamestop,
we have no control of issuing these codes. That promotion ONLY works with physical copies of the game, and purchased over Xbox live, NOT THROUGH THE BUNDLE. Buyer beware

I didn't receive the code yet on my account for the previous gears games.

I pre-ordered the limited edition gears of war 4 bundle, this includes a ultimate edition gears of war 4, and I know there must be previous gears games included in this bundle, these are gears of war 1, 2, 3, and judgement, but I can't find any code to redeem
them. I already talked with online service and tried all the possible ways, it still doesn't work.

 

Still do not have the Gears 1-3 and Judgement download codes

I have purchased the Gears of War 4 Bundle pack that came with the xbox one limited edition xbox and I have yet to receive my download codes for gears 1-3 and judgement, despite having registered my ultimate edition on October 16th

 

I made this purchase after cancelling my own pre order of the ultimate edition. I regret it now, because I don't have that code.

It would help if you read the terms and conditions of the promotuon

First as stated in the terms and conditions they are sent out in waves you have to wait for your turn in the waves this is to reduce server load when everyone redeems the same games overload the system

It can take a month or a week for you to get the code

Next time read the terms and conditions

Unless you are under 17 and living in China or japan or non xbox live regions in which case it won't matter

 

If you canceled the purchase you do realize you don't qualify for the codes right?

The timeframe starts when you redeem the code

Since you canceled it and probably bought the lesser package which is fine but then you will be waiting for your turn in the code waves since then it has been changed to a month now

I'm happy to clarify this situation for everyone.

For the Gears of War Xbox One S bundles. To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system
within one month of redemption/purchase of Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer
look into this. You can find more information and details about the promotion on the store page HERE. In short, boxed copies would have the codes inside
the case, digital purchases would have the codes sent to them over Xbox Live messages as ngocphi stated.

Since this is the true answer I'm going to go ahead and verify ngocphi's post and lock this thread down. If anyone is not seeing their codes after 30 days, as I mentioned previously. Please created a new thread. Thanks!
