Gears of war 4 , Elite Gears/Pre-order Bonus is missing

I've went and talked to my best buy retailer and they don't know about the pack what I've ffound online is this.

Where did you pre-order Gears of War 4? If you purchased a physical copy from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach out to them to inquire. If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be located in your 'Ready to install'

Yep. Same thing happened to me. Says its installed Adam Fenix? Click it & it fires up GOW1 Ultimate /remastered? Did same install/reinstall & nothing. Now its past release date the store has Brother till the End add on as unavailable!!

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins



The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).



IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased from if you do not have this
code.



Why does this pack appear as Adam Fenix DLC in my Downloaded Items?

This is a display error with the pack, and does not have an impact on your ability to find this content in game.



How do I find my Characters and Weapon Skins?

Unlike many of our other bonus items, these Cards go directly into your inventory. Head to the Customization menu and check your Characters, Lancer and Gnasher weapon skins.



I can’t find the Brothers To The End items.

If you’ve checked your Customization items for your Brothers to the End content, please leave
a post in this thread with your Gamertag, what’s missing, how you purchased your copy of Gears of War 4 and when you first played (please be as specific as possible).
