Gears of War 4 didnt get the Pre order Bonus: Brothers to the end Elite gear Pack

Hi i wrote with the Microsoft Support before and they send me a Link to you. I Hope you can help me.

I have Pre ordered the game gears of war 4 ultimate Edition on 10th September 2016 from www.gameware.at nur i didnt get the Bonus Pack for day One Players calls: Brothers to the end Elite gear Pack. The guys in my friendlist
who bought the game as dlc Version get all the Pack. I am a big fan of the game thats why it made me Really sad. My Gamertag is:

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

I've went and talked to my best buy retailer and they don't know about the pack what I've ffound online is this.

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins

The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).

IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased
from if you do not have this code.

So if you did not receive the content from your retailer, you will need to reach back out to them. We are unable to assist with that content.

Thanks for clarifying. As you purchased a physical copy, we are unable to assist with the pre-order incentives as it is up to the retailer to disperse and provide those codes to people. Sometimes that's printed on your receipt or provided separately. You

I preorderd a physical copy from Microsoft store and I'm still missing my Pre order bonus Brothers to the end gear pack that was promised to all pre orders.

Yesterday I recived 4 codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement which I got a code for in my disc and thats not what I'm asking for.

All I whant is my pre order DLC pack.
