That'll be a great help, if I had the game on a Xbox One, I'm talking about my PC.

Now, I've another issue. It's when I try to play Horde or Multiplayer, it crashes when I create a lobby...

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, this does seem to be something with the game itself. Perhaps something might have gotten corrupted along the way, although I doubt it would have been anything you might have caused.

I would recommend
re-installing the game, so as to have a fresh irroration of the title and circumvent the issue. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select
   My games & apps > See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button.
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then choose Uninstall all.

I would also encourage performing a
power cycle on your console so as to make sure we can clear out that damaged cache. These steps will cover how to do this:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
   

You can then proceed with install the game from your Ready to install
section of your games and apps if this is digitally, and if not, you can re-insert your disk to begin the installation.

Its also important to note that you will not lose any of your save data as it is all saved on the cloud, so if you last played your game while connected to Xbox Live, you have nothing to fear.

Am I the only person who creates alt characters and maxes out their inventory space to use as banks? I literally have three characters atm with inventories full of legendary gear.
