Gears of War 4 - Collection Codes Promotion

I bought a Gears of War 4 recently and it is been said that everyone who bought and activated this game before Dec 31st will receive codes for the Gears of War Collection. I have purchased and activated it on this account () I have not yet received
these codes via the Xbox in app messages and was wondering if I could have some assistance.

I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion

I redeemed Gears of war 4 code in 11/30/2016 and played game both single and multi.

But I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion until now

Please give me the free gears of war collection code quickly !!

Gears of War collection promotion codes can't be redeemed

Bought Gears of War 4 and received the Gears of War collection promotion codes by message from Xbox Live, but some of them can't be redeemed...

It's been over 2months

Did you buy it before the Dec 31st 2016? Not 2017 fyi

Just to clarify, I purchased and activated a copy of Gears of War 4 online on the 21st December 2016.

Hey there Pineapple6118.

Did you also start and play Gears of War 4 after you activated it? If you didn't play the game before the 31st you would not be eligible for the promotion.

I did play the game in order to activate it and also made sure to launch multiplayer, just in case that was necessary

are you in a supported region?

If a us foriegn basd like Japan you don't qualify

Or live in China and you won't be able to redeem the codes if that was the case

Also you had told have an adult account

( not privacy settings but an fill Adult account without restrictions

And no restrictions doesn't work on promos your account must be Adult and in an supported region except for Japan or China which case the Games are banned in these region

TThe Games check your physical region. And if it's non Xbox or China or Japan you wouldn't be able to redeek them

I am in Australia, which I believe was eligible and this should be an adult account.. I can't think of anything that would have stopped me from being included in this promotion.

An official staff member has reached out to me and provided me with the codes, however after entering them they all had already been redeemed and not by me (as it was the first time I had received these codes)

Hopefully this can be sorted soon and thank you for you continued support.

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."
