Gears of War 4 codes for older GoW games vanished!

Hi. I'm a bit of a n00b and was playing Gears of War 4. When I exited to the main Xbox menu I noticed a notification saying I had 2 redeemable codes which it displayed as a set of serial numbers. One for GoW3 and one for Judgement. Like an idiot though upon
clicking on the first code where it asked me if I wanted to redeem it I hit B instead. After that I have been unable to see the notifications so cannot see any codes. I checked in my messages on xbox.com and there is nothing there either. I have Googled and
found that apparently there was an offer to obtain the older games for free if you had purchased Gears of War 4. Now I am kicking myself for not redeeming the codes when it offered them.

Where did the codes go?

Hello, I bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition and haven't received any codes including the first 4 games or codes for dlc characters for gow ultimate edition or gow 4.

Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

You can contact xbox customer support they will be able to pull up your account and take a look for you and give you your codes. If you already redeemed them double check your ready to install on your xbox one or in your download history on the xbox 360.
