Gears of War 4 codes for entire collection

Hello

I bought a copy of Gears of War 4 with codes for unlocking previous ones inside the box. Unfortunately two of four codes do not work because of region lock. I already contacted support on chat but the only resolution I was given was migrating my account
from PL to US which I don't want to do. I was asked to contact support via Twitter for further help but they informed me that they're not capable of resolving the problem and I should look for help here.

Missing Codes

I purchased the digital version of Gears of War 4 on 11/24/16 on order # 11014465963 and I was suppose to receive codes for the entire Gears of War collection. I received the code for Gears of War 4 and installed on my gamer tag of , but
I never received codes for the other games.

I don't think you understand the issue

Your account region must reflect your actual region

So in order for this to work. It must be account region poland

Physical region poland

Language and console region must be poland too

The codes are universal.but as stated before you are only allowed access to your countries content not the US unless you actually live there

 

I bought a game in polish store with no information that games are region blocked and as I paid for all 5 games I just want the complete product.

 

Again you can if you follow the terms and conditions

You must use your actual region and as stated by the terms and conditions of the promotion and terms of use you only allowed to access content for your region and not allowed to reroute other content as the laws permit.

You didn't pay for 5 Games you only paid for one and the others are free extras as long as you following the rules of the promotion

You must use your actual region and physical region and guess what it does state clearly not available in all regions

And the terms and conditions state you must not try to access content you aren't supposed to like out of region contrnt

You are only legally allowed Polish content

You can use poland as long as you physically live there you may not use the US if you want these content that's what you aren't getting

Region locks are lawful locks to prevent violations of the international. Laws and copyright

 

what you aren't understanding is as part of the terms of use you must actually use your region not some other region to get the legal allowed content for your region

If you live in Poland you may not use UK or the US if you want 360 content or you will have issues getting them

The codes are universal and can be redeemed in any region but what you dont understand is the games check for your Ip and your account region and language

If those don't match you fail the region lock

Regardless if the codes are universal or not

You can redeem the codes in Poland or USA or UK account it doesn't matter

But your Ip is checked and if it doesn't match your account t regiom you will have a failed region lock

Which means you cannot get the content

So again

Account region = us or uk or anything but poland

Actual region = poland

Language and console.regipn English = fail

Account region poland

Actual region poland

Language and console.region poland = bliss

Xbox Live Account Migration tool.
