Gears of War 4 - Brothers to the End DLC

So I have been asked to post this again by Xbox Support.

I have not received my code for "Brothers to the End" with my pre-order of Gears of War 4 from a 3rd party retailer.

MS admitted fault last week and have said that they are working on a fix? Only I tried to find out where we are with that for the last week and the response has changed to post it here to get the code.

What has been established is the promotion was a MS promotion that wasn't given to the retailers who have no way to resolve the problem yet it would seem that MS have no means to resolve this problem either?

All pre-orders were supposed to of received the content they have not.

I predict this will get closed down without being resolved again telling me to talk to the retailer who have no means to produce the code for me! It is not the answer! MS Need to provide me with a code or compensate me for false advertisement!

Adam Fenix Glitch Gears of War 4..Help!!!!!

It appears to be a conflict with Gears of War ultimate edition DLC.

Because Adam Fenix is actually DLC for Gears of War Ultimate edition.

Installing the brothers to the end uninstall the adam fenix pack in Gear of war Ultime edition

Reinstalling the adam fenix pack will uninstall the brothers to end from gears of war 4

Missing The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC code.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

As you have been >>advised previously<<, pre-order incentives are provided by the retailer. As I stated in your
last thread, pre-order bonuses for physical copies are handled and distributed by the retailer. We are unable to generate codes, we can only recover codes that have been sent to you via Xbox Live messages.

Microsoft support told me to come here. I to ordered off amazon but no code for brothers to the end elite gear pack please some one help?

I was looking at the Q&A post and in the second question, first paragraph after the asterisk blurbs. . . It talks about getting the character pack. I don't know if that is the one you are talking about or not.

I called Microsoft 2 times. First time, I was told it was Epic's problem and to call them. Epic said it was microsoft's problem. Second time I called, the lady told me it was because I bought the physical disc. I told her that EVERY preorder gets the
Zombie Dom, etc. She said no way, which isn't true.
