    I never recieved the code for play Gears of war saga and I have the gears of war ultimate, anyway I bought Gears of war 4 and its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war

    Preorder Bonus Disappeared

    I preordered Gears of War 4 when it first came out 2 or so years ago. I got the preorder bonus along with the game, plugged in the code, and everything worked fine. Flash forward to today. I tried playing the game for the first time in forever. I logged
    in and the preorder bonuses are gone. Where are they or how do I retrieve them.

    Generally messages do expire after 30 days or so, so we recommend using the codes as soon as you get them.

    Microsoft Store wont let me install Gears 5 without also installing Gears or War 4

    I bought the key/code from a 3rd party reseller. Its downloading right now and in my library, it's called "Gears 5 and bonus Gears of War 4".
