Gears of War 4 and a set of games gears of war (activation code does not pass)

bought a gears of war 4 and sent me the codes to activate the previous games in the series, two of which I activated and give the other two a mistake, I understand because of my region, I would like them to activate and play, you can help me with this? or
send codes to the replacement, an error occurs with the gears of war and gears of war 3.

I have 2 questions. Can you purchase the Gears of War 4 season pass after pre-orderering/purchasing the game? If not, how do I refund a purchase, the Gears of War 4 game, and purchase the Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4 that includes the season pass?

 

Still missing Gears of War 1-3 and Judgment Codes

I have already started a post 15 days ago since I had not received any codes for the XBox 360 Gears of War series after activating my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition code on October 6th. In the answer, I learned that I should get the codes 30 days after
activation of my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition code via Xbox Live in-dash message system. Unfortunately, I still have not received any codes yet.

The codes are not region locked so replacement codes would give the same errors. The games are region locked, so in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available

 

I registered and physically I was in Russia, and these two codes, as I understand it for the United States, what should I do?)

 

The codes themselves are universal so they would not be locked to the US region. What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes?

You may also want to try re-entering your account information at
http://commerce.microsoft.com or try using the region migration tool even if your account information is correct. That has
helped some people.

As others in this thread have suggested, you need to migrate your Xbox Live account region to the region you're
physically located in. Since you mention that you're located in Russia, you will need to migrate your account region to Russia using our
Xbox Live Account Migration Tool. Once you've used that tool to migrate to Russia, please try the codes again and let us know how it goes!

It worked, thank you very much!) (And gears of war 3 says that the code has been activated, but I do not have this game ...) But I wonder why the other two code passed, and these are not.
