Gears of War 4 Achievements do not show up on Xbox.com

Hello! I can't view my Gears Of War 4 achievements on the website. It says "There’s nothing new right now. Keep checking back for the latest news about this game." I can unlock achievements without issues. I can also view the achievements
fine on the Xbox One and Xbox App. Here is a

Xbox on Windows Gears of War 4 achievements in wrong language

In the Xbox app on windows 10 my achievements for Gears of War 4 show up in Japanese while the Xbox app as well as Gears of War 4 itself are completely in English. Although I can understand Japanese a little bit, I would like my achievements to show up in
English as well.

Some additional information:

- My system language is English (US) and my location is The Netherlands (all set in the Windows 10 configurations). There are four keyboard languages installed on my system in the following priority: English (US), Dutch, Japanese, English (UK).

- I have not found a language option in the Xbox app nor within Gears of War.

- Gears of War 4 is the only Xbox game I've got on Windows 10, thus I don't know if this is specific for Gears of War 4.

- When viewing my profile online (account.xbox.com) the achievements do show up in English.

 

GRA: Achievement Issues (MS please fix/update)

All achievements for this dlc are currently glitched in that they will not show up on your xbox.com profile or when you compare achievements with another gamer. The best way to tell when the achievements are fixed is when they show up on the FNV achievements
listed on Xbox.com, not before. If you do get these achievements you will have to recover your profile and then get them again. Bummer.
