Gears of War 4 $10 Paypal Promo

I posted a thread before asking why I hadn't received the $10 Gears of War 4 Paypal Promo. You said I wasn't eligible. That is a vague answer, why? I preordered and paid for the game using Paypal before the date required. So how am I not eligible? Did you
run out of codes?

I Preordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal but Did Not Receive Xbox Credit

Hi, I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal using this promo:

Pre-order Gears of War 4 with PayPal and get $10 in free Xbox Store credit

but I haven't received my $10 credit when it said I should receive it within 10 days. Can anyone help?

According to the >>Gears of War 4 pre-order terms page<<:

Code: One (1) 5X5 code for $10 credit, usable in the U.S. Xbox Store, will be sent to your Microsoft account within 30 days of your pre-order purchase, unless you have exercised your right to cancel. You will then be required to redeem this code in order
to add the $10 credit to your Microsoft account by following the instructions included at Xbox.com/redeemcode. Limit one (1) code per person and Microsoft account.

So if after 30 days you still don't have your code, let us know and we'll take a look.

thatthat Gears of war ultimate edition promo ended in the end of 2015 not 2016

The Gears of war 4 promos ended in 2016
