Gears of war 3 on xbox one won't load account

Hi everyone

I'm trying to play Gears of War 3 on my xbox one. The game loads perfectly but my account won't load. It appears as a "guest player," it won't even give me the option to sign in, even though the account is signed in outside the game. If someone knows how
to help me I'll appreciate it.

so, ever since my xbox updated it won't load any of my gears 3 downloadable content, i've tried redownloading it but nothing seems to fix this problem, can anyone help?

 

Gear of War 3 won't install...Constantly Freezing

I have an old style 360, and it won't install Gears of War 3. It will load & it downloaded the update but it won't play the game without freezing in the first 5 mins.
