Gears Of War 3 Everything Reset

Hello, I downloaded Gears of war 3 from the disc onto the xbox one and it played fine, no problems except for small lag. However, xbox sent me my token codes for Gears 2, 3, and judgment. I just redeemed my Gears of war 3 code and my level was reset, my
stats, my characters, pretty much everything. Im a level 1, non re up. I am aware that there are problems going around concerning Gears of war but from what ive read, all of them are concerning a problem or error with the redemption code. I used the code
fine but everything is reset. Also I went to 'manage game' under options for gears of war 3 and all my downloaded content is right there along with my saved data. Some insight on this problem would be much appreciated, thank you.

my level reset on gears war 3

today when i was trying to play gears of war 3 i noticed that my level was reset from 100 to 1 and everything is reset i need help someone help me please

Well as many other players i have lost my rank (82)and stats(99 % ribbons, loads of medals and achievements), i read about the problem and realized i cant get any of it back. What yet bothers me, is that i have lost my pre-ordered bonus Savage Kantus
multiplayer character and Adam Fenix limited edition playable character as well as my golden weapon skins and the flaming retro lancer skin. I can take pictures of my
limited edition box and the cog tag if needed, im just wondering if it's possible to get these characters and skins
back?

 

Did you move your save file from the Xbox 360's local hard drive to Cloud Storage? If you want to have all your progress from the 360 version you have to move the save file to Cloud Storage so that the Xbox One version can sync with that data.

Probably you can delete the current save data you have on you Xbox One, then, go to your 360 and move your original save data to Cloud Storage and finally start Gears of War 3 on your Xbox One again, you should see a message and a progress bar saying "Syncing
Cloud Storage" or something like that.
