Gears of war 3 and Halo reach don't want to install

Hi my name is Homero and I have problems with both of my games (Halo Reach and Gears of War 3) Both games are for xbox360 but the backward compatibility seems to have Gears of war 3 and Halo Reach available to install it and play it on the Xbox one. I have
both discs from Xbox 360 but when I insert them to the Xbox one it tells me to eject the disc and try again later and to insert a Xbox one disc or a music cd or a blue ray or DVD disc. my black ops 1 did work just fine and it downloaded my packs that I purchased
but don't know why this 2 games don't want to work what should I do?

here the the games i have need for speed hot pursuit halo reach halo 4 halo 3 odst halo wars halo 3 mass effect 3 full house poker uno gears of war 1 gears of war 2 gears of war 3 rainbow six 1 i don't have any money to buy any new games i am save up destiny
and tianifall for 360 don't add this gamer tag i just it for post on the formus but want my friends just post here i have look every friday

Try going to Settings - All Settings - Storage and clear the local Xbox 360 data. See if that works for you. After you clear it, insert one of the discs and try to download.
