Gears of War 2 Redeem Code did not work

Hello, i received Codes for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition (all gears of war games) but only 3 of the 4 codes worked.

I started asking Xbox support about the issue and they sent me a link to here.

Is there a way I would be able to have Gears of War 2
redeem code resent to my account so that I may be able to play the game?

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

was not able to redeem a code that came with my gears of war 4 ultimate edition

purchased the gears of war 4 console bundle. i was able to redeem most of the codes gears of war 2 for some reason was not wanting to work for me it says the code was already redeemed but i did not redeem it on my xbox nor on any xbox. i did not share the
code with any body . as soon as i noticed the xbox lie message i attempted to redeem all the codes as soon as possible and as mentioned earlier the gears of war 2 did nto work for me.
