    Hello,

    I purchased gears of war 4 digitally.

    I got my 4 codes for the previous games, but the codes for gears 1 and 3 did not work

    2 and judgement did.

    All of my settings are set to English and United States

    I tried on both Xboxone and PC client and in my browser

    I contacted Xbox Support and tried every single trouble shooting technique until they gave up and sent me here

    the reference number for our live chat convo is 1363356711

    the email that was sent to me as a transcript of the conversation contained the reference number SRX1363356711ID

    Please help I would really like to redeem these codes before they expire.

    Hi I received the free gears 1-3 + judgement codes but only gears 2 and judgement worked and the chat support girl sent me here to fix/get new codes for gears 1 & 3.

    Gears of War 4 Pre-Order Code Problem

    Today I received two messages from XBox with 2 codes each for the pre-order bonus for Gears of War 4. The codes were supposed to be for Gears 1, 2, 3, and Judgement. The codes for Gears 1, 3, and Judgement worked fine; the code for Gears of War 2 did not
    work--it said it was already redeemed.

    Please let me know what to do to get a replacement code.

    Since all four codes now read as redeemed, I have to guess which one was for Gears of War 2, but I think it was [Mod Removed].

    Please fix ASAP. Thank you.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? Are you physically located in the US?

    gears of war ultimate edition no codes for other editions

    Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

    The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

    To clarify, which codes are you referring to? Are you referring to the Gears of War collection that includes Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Gears of War: Judgement?
