Hi XBOX Support,

Received Codes: approx August 2015. Have contacted XBOX Support who directed me here after confirming both codes are still active.

Can't redeem Gears of War 1 / 3 . Only Gears of War 2 & Redemption

Bought Gears of War 4. and received 5 codes:

Gears of war 4 Operations Gears Pack (worked)

Gears of war 1 FAIL

Gears of war 2 (worked)

Gears of war 3 FAIL

Gears of war redemption (worked)

Tried to redeem on xbox app, xbox app for android, xbox.com & console xbox one.

That's usually the sign of a region issue. What region are you in and what region is your account set for?

Those games are region locked, so in order to download, your account region and your physical region have to match and you have to live in a region where the games are available for download.

Definitely New Zealand region, with the game purchased in NZ. What is interesting is the other two codes for Gears 2 & Judgement given at the exact same time have worked. Ive read the forums in that a number of people had issues with Gears 1 & 3.
