Gears of War 1 and 3 not redeeming Ref. #[Mod Removed]

Bought Gears of War collection codes. GoW 2 and Judgement downloaded fine, GoW 1 and 3 did not, via code.

Please give me new codes to download the games.

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

If so what is your physical region

If you live in China japan or non xbox live region no new code will help regardless of the amounttrrf time you try

Those games are region locked

While the other two arent

Your account region must reflect your actual region

You must change it under my account and change my region (not the locale ) and select your actual region

If you don't live in an xbox live region or china or japan you cant

 

Also your console region must be changed to matchr

 

Region of console and account are both fine with the region of the codes.

2 games downloaded, whilst the other didn't. they were part of the same code, very weird.

 

Region, Code, Account and Console are in the same region, UK.

Explain to me why 2 games downloaded and 2 not?

Like ngocphi said, issues redeeming certain codes is typically a sign of a region mismatch. Gears of War codes, in particular, are pretty finicky and everything in one's account needs to be set properly for redemption to work properly.

Please double (or triple) check that your >>Xbox Live account region matches your current physical location<<.
Once you've ensured that your Xbox Live region matches your current, physical location, please try redeeming your codes again.

If that still doesn't work, and you are absolutely sure everything matches, please let us know what error code/message you get when you try to redeem the code so we can investigate a bit further.
