Gears of War 1 & 3 Redemption Codes Won't Work

I've received my Gears of Wars collection codes from Gears of War 4 Pre-order, but the codes for Gears of War 1 & 3 wont work, while the codes for Gears of War 2 & Judgement Day did work. I've contacted chat support multiple times, they've given me new codes
which did not work and finally directed me here for help.

Still haven't received my codes for

Gears Of War 2

Gears Of War 3

Gears Of War Redemption

Any idea when these will be sent to me.

What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? Does your account region match your physical location?

It gave me that problem when i tried to redeem codes on the xbox; it gave me that error, I switched the location so that it didnt match my current location, it gave me the same error, I switched my location so that it matched my location again, and it still
gave me the same error. I had more success when i tried redeeming the codes through microsoft.com//redeem, which worked for the two codes that i've redeemed successfully. It gives me a list of numbers and letters, but when I enter these codes into the error
search system online it tells me that they aren't error codes...

If you can post the error message/code you do see, that will help narrow down the issue. Even if the code isn't listed on the error search system, support can check to see what the error code means.

If you're getting Xbos-3012, that's usually the sign of a region issue. Those games are region locked so your account region has to match your physical location. If they do match, you may want to try going to
Sign in to your Microsoft account and re-entering your information.

I am getting that error through microsoft.com//redeem; on the xbox it says that it can't get the game in the currently selected language. I think the issue may be that I am currently in the UK but purchased the games with an American credit card account.
Despite this, some of the game codes that I redeemed worked fine without changing my location settings, and these two game codes wont work no matter what I change my location settings to be or reflect.

I'm not sure what you mean by re-enter my information, it just shows a list of my purchases (which i've made a few of recently that still work and allow me to download/play the game). I'm afraid that if i delete my card and re-enter all of my information it
will give me more problems in the future or prevent me from accessing my current games/etc.

That would be your issue

You aren't correcting the right section to fix your issue you must change your account region not the locale of the website or the region of your console

After you migrate you would be asked to enter uk info

To change your account region you must go to my account and change my region on this website

Not the locale

Read the warnings carefully as there is a 3momth wait

Also gears 2 and judgement aren't region locked because there isn't any bans on them in certain regions
