GEARS OF WAR 1,2,3,judgement Codes never received as advertised

Recently on the xbox.ca website there was a promotion saying that if i bought gears of war ultimate edition , that it would come with gears 1, 2, 3, and judgement. after buying the game i never received the codes for me and my girlfriend to play. the
only reason i bought that ultimate edition is because it said it came with gears 1 2 3 and judgement,..... could i please get a code that gives me these games as the advertisement did not hold up to their end of the bargain as seeing how i cant return the

GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

I received promotion codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgement after downloading Gears of War 4. I am unable to play Gears of war 1,2,3 or Judgement in Windows 10. Did I receive incorrect codes?

If possible can you remove any redeemed codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgement from my accoutn and reissue in a format that will allow me to lay on Windows 10, since that is what I purcahsed GOW 4 for?

The ad originally linked to the official page, which listed the terms and conditions for the promotion. In order to receive the games, you must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played
after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
