Gears od War 2 freezing xbox one issue one more time

Comming back to well known issue with GoW 2 freezing at start screen I'm still expecting some action and advice and finally a solution to that problem from Microsoft.

The game was performing ok at Xbox one X console even for 2 players shared screen (If I remeber corectly we choose mulitiplayer local option.

Problem occured when we tried to play 2 players using 2-player on shared screen option. First game interface swap leading player (account with the game and loged in player who choose the game settings became a secondary player when both player was recognized as loged in).

The change that and try again we quit the game and started it one more time also with 2 players loged to the console.

Since then only the player who's not the owner of the game can star the game, however 2 players is impossible as the GoW 2 "can't see" other loged player (who is in fact the owner of the game). Attempt to star the game from the owner account always ends with freeze at the start up menu.

So far we:

- reset the console

- remove and restore the account with new configuration (no old settins was restored)

- unistall game including DLS and install it

So it seems that game interface with some reason corrupt the owner account when new player is loged-in in two players share screen mode and there is no way that this "register" can be removed form the game. So it seems it must stay some in the cloud? Console?

Thanks for the replay however it doesn't seem to be helpful (no offence). I made some other actions which at some stage can be called a solution. First I create another account on my xbox one. So now I have 3 if which one is corrupted (unfortunately the game owner account) . It occurred that using two other accounts it is possible to play GoW2 on sheared screen, but every time I'm trying to add the second player it cannot be the owner one as the game freeze immediately just after attempting of login corrupted account. So solution for freezing Gears2 on Xbox one is to create a new account/ accounts to play on shared screen. This however does not solve the issue how to make play Gears 2 using corrupted account as the game freezing every time owner accoubr is using to log in to the game which happens automatically during loading everytime when owner account is log. Changing network provider and Internet source does not help so it seems to me that xbox 360 log in procedure creates some internal conflict with the account while online data are exchanged on the start. Yes the os is original and there is no problem with any other of my 40 games. Yes all the external discs and other devices were switched off , reset before another attempt. I didn't work. So Microsoft...go to work.

I found this strange, I was able to play split screen on gears 2 with my brother couple weeks ago.

But let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more, for this tell me:

Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
Did you tried playing / starting the game offline?
Can be a bit odd but, did you tried using a completely different Wi-Fi network or DNS address?
Did you tried disconnecting all USB accessories (hard drives, wheels, etc) before trying again?

Gears of War 2 też nie działa. Próbowałem uruchomić grę z profilu z xbox live - od razu zawiesza konsolę. Co ciekawe profil bez xbox live bez problemu loguje się do gry,więc chyba to ma związek z usługą xbox live i z tym atakiem hakerów w weekend. Słyszałem,że
problemy mają gracze z Diablo 3, FIFA Ultimate Team w FIFA 14 , to ja dodaję od siebie,że nie działają też Gears of War 2
