Discus and support Gears collection codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have not yet received my Gears codes with the purchase of Gears of War 4.     I don`t get free gears of war collection code from ​gear of war 4 promotion

    I redeemed Gears of war 4 code in 11/30/2016 and played game both single and multi.

    But I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion until now

    Please give me the free gears of war collection code quickly !!

    Gears collection codes

    Hey there PaidBayMink,

    To qualify for this promotion, you needed to purchase and/or redeem a token for Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download would be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase
    of Gears of War 4. What date did you purchase the game? If you're not sure, check
    commerce.microsoft.com and it'll have the date listed next to the purchase.

    I'm in the Uk, using a PAL console, my account region has been changed to UK (EU) a while back.

    I appreciate the assistance but I'm still confused as this was part of a game collection. I was able to redeem Gears 1, Gears 2, Gears Judgment using the same xbox one here in the same region where I unlocked the other codes from the same collection.

    How is it that this is a region error when I have redeemed 3 out of 4 codes from the same collection?

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

    To clarify, which codes are you referring to? Are you referring to the Gears of War collection that includes Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Gears of War: Judgement?
