Gears 5 punch card quest won't work

I have had the sane issues that everyone above is having. Now the June punchcard isn't working for Gears 5 and the Support Special Olympics punch card is not working. Very odd. Why it isn't working for some people.

Not all Gears 5 achievements are eligible for this punch card.

None of the base game achievements will work for this unlock. There's some easy ones in that list for you to grab though so it should't take too long!

I have not testing this, yet, but according to Microsoft Rewards: How To Complete The Forza Horizon 5 Punch Card - Xbox News (purexbox.com) this is now working as of 5/11.

I have the same problem as well.

I completed the 1st and 3rd part of the punch card but the 2nd one is not acknowledging achievements.

I completed 3 achievements in Gears 5 & non counted toward the punch card.

IDK if it is bugged or we're doing something wrong, but please look into this matter and fix it.

I know how to find them but they are not there that's what I'm saying. They're are only daily and monthly quests showing. The weekly ones should have refreshed but they haven't. Take a look for yourself. In fact the whole ms reward app seems broken.
The Ori and Gears Pop punch cards will not activate, quests will not refresh, and actions do not register. It needs a dedicated forum and team to iron out all these ongoing issues.

A lot of people have had issues with the punch cards, myself includes. As for your main point, the currently weekly quests expire on 24/03/2020 (today), so we'll either see the next batch of weekly quests pop up later today, or tomorrow. The Xbox Rewards
quests, and the Game Pass Quests aren't on the same weekly cycle, unfortunately.
