Gears 5 punch card not working on Microsoft Rewards App on Xbox One

I recently played Gears 5 Operation 4, to get a new achievement so I could claim the 500 points on offer towards my Microsoft Rewards points total but even after acquiring 4 new achievements it still won't complete the punch card. Furthermore when I attempted
to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, it won't let me report the issue to them, every time I try I get an error message saying that something went wrong on their end and to try again later. Useful that I can't contact support, anyone else having the same issues?

I have not testing this, yet, but according to Microsoft Rewards: How To Complete The Forza Horizon 5 Punch Card - Xbox News (purexbox.com) this is now working as of 5/11.

Thanks for the update, I will have to try getting an operation 4 achievement to see if that works. Thanks for the help, very much appreciated 👍

ok I found out it has to actually be an operation 4 achievement. you can look the different ones up on game faqs or other sites that list the achievements for the DLC packs.

Hi Ronin802,

There could be an issue with the Rewards app as it isn't letting me collect my daily achievement points even after unlocking two achievements today.
