Gears 5 frozen issue

Dear All,

I would like to ask for help about the following problem:

My problem is that when i start the game and load my save, the game frozes i can see the picture about it but nothing moves in it.

I have to restart my PC.

Shall you please help?

Hi,

I reinstalled the game, and i checked the video drivers.

It is up to date.

Have you tried resetting the Store?

you can run a wsreset.exe, and a windows update before trying to run the game again

Hi, it would seem that you have some damaged game d files, you could try to install the game from 0.
Do you have the latest video drivers?

Hello, we hope you are well, the game files may be corrupted, try to reinstall the game and try again, otherwise you will have to start a new game.
