GEARS 5 does not start on PC

Hello, I have the Gears 5 on Windows 10 PC in the microsoft store and it has not let me run it for a few days, it does not open and it shows me a message. I explain it, when I click to play or start either from the microsoft store or the xbox application,
the anti cheat opens, its bar is loaded until the end, then that poster disappears and after a few seconds I get an error message ... (Error opening the descriptor file ,, / ,, / ,, / GearGame / GearGame.uproject), and at the same time I get xbox notifications
that the Gears 5 has finished installing.

I have tried different things to fix it but I could not.

First of all say that I have updated drivers and windows 10 too. The microsoft store too. I don't play on MAC, I play on windows.

I also have to say that I have the same Gears Tactics in the microsoft store and it works perfectly for me, I've played and I'm doing well.

-The first thing I tried was to reinstall the game.

-Then I tried with Settings, Applications, Gears 5, Advanced options, repair and reset I gave the 2.

-I also tried uninstalling the antivirus and reinstalling the game.

And none of this works for me, I keep getting the error message always the same.

I have asked for help with xbox support in chat, players rather or people who help and they tell me that it may be because of the windows updates that I have to reinstall the game without having the antivirus active, which I already did. And another person
told me that the error message is like I am missing a file, he put me at the end to chat with a specialist but the chat was closed for hours.

I would appreciate all the possible help. Can the Coalition be contacted in any way?
