    Gears 5 - Can't get 120FPS option


    Hey everyone,

    I've done my homework on 120FPS gaming and I believe I fully understand the requirements. I cannot get Gears 5 to give me the option of 120FPS. I have tried the following.

    1. Switching the console to 1440P - 120Hz
    2. Unchecking on Video Option to allow 4k

    The other games i've tried which are DMC5 and Ori were able to detect the change but not Gears 5.



    Am I missing something here? Totally new to this whole 120FPS thing.

    Xbox Series X crashing/shutting down in Gears 5

    I switch in the video option from 120fps to 60.

    In 4 hours of multiplayer no crashes... Maybe is the solution :)

    Yes, every think works at 60fps, move it to 120fps, and the controller continually disconnects, and can't play
