Gears 4 - Redirected by Xbox Support

Received Gears 4 from the NVidia promotion but the licence has been removed. Spoke to an Xbox support agent who told me to post here to get it sorted.

Cannot claim 2 out of the 4 codes received as part of the Gears of War 4 promotion

I have purchased Gears of War 4 and as part of the promotion I have received 4 codes for the Gears of War Xbox360 collection, while I was able to claim 2 of these codes, I am unable to claim the codes for Gears of War 1&3.

Some troubleshooting was already attempted by Microsoft support however with no luck and I got redirected to this section.

GoW4 Codes for other games never received

Hello. I ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition on the 13th of October and still have not received the codes for the additional games included in the bundle. Order # is [MOD REMOVED]. I was supposed to receive codes for the Gears of War collection but have
not yet received them via email or xbox message. I was redirected to this page by Michael from Support Chat.

Support Xbox link just redirects back here. Gears of War official website also redirects here. Is there a way to get an actual answer instead of useless links that all point to the same location?

When did you pre-order Gears of War 4? Pre-order incentives are typically sent 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. So, for instance, if you pre-ordered your game on October 1, 2016, you could expect your codes sometime between October 8-11, 2016.

As far as the code redemption issues you are now experiencing, are you getting an error code/message of any sort? Codes would look like XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. If you're getting anything of the sort, can you provide that to us please?

Howdy Miss Bijoux,

I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.

Although, I do have a new issue that had has arose. I continue to get errors while trying to redeem the codes I received for the pre-order of 'Gears 4'.
