Gears 4 NVidia Licence

So I got a code from the NVidia promotion which i redeemed fine. The game was pre-loaded all's great, On Saturday, I see that the game has been removed from my account. Turns out people were getting illegitimate codes and selling them causing a mass revoke.
I've seen to send my receipt to NVidia but the problem is I can't get ahold of it. I work for an IT company and we build computers. The code was given to me by my boss as he had no use for it.

Anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it?

Gears 4 - Redirected by Xbox Support

Received Gears 4 from the NVidia promotion but the licence has been removed. Spoke to an Xbox support agent who told me to post here to get it sorted.

 

Nvidia promo - 360 Gears Collection

I bought Gears of War 4 through the Nvidia promotion.

Do I still qualify for the free Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection?

 

Hate to tell you this but good luck getting help because Microsoft will tell you this is a NVidia issue and to contact them then NVidia will tell you it's a Microsoft issue and to contact them but I this from NVidia if you can't send a copy of an invoice
NVidia will just say tough luck

 

Microsoft have said there looking in to it but these were by thoughts to. Not been asked to speak to NVidia yet though
