Gears 4 bundle code issue

Gears 4 promotion

I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

I haven't received code for my gears of war games. When I purchased gears of war 4 ultimate bundle no code was sent

 

i also had codes for all the gears sent to me on my xbox.com account but none of them work either and all come with there own error codes

 

That error code is usually the sign of a region issue. Gears 1 and 3 are region locked. So in order to download them, your account region and your physical location have to match and you have to live in a region where the games are available.

Support will check back about the other codes.

 

i checked which region my xbox was set to and it say the uk, i currently live in Norway but my xbox and games are all from England and i still buy all my games from england, im guessing this is the issue? but why would my original code for judgement work
still?

 

Not all of the Gears games are region locked which is why some work and some don't. Gears 2 and Judgement should both work. It's just 1 and 3 that are region locked. You would need to migrate your account region to Norway in order for them to work.

 

gears 2 has now worked must of been a user issue haha, so i presume i go into settings and change region to norway and try again?
