    Gears 4 bonus title codes


    Spent a lot of time on prone with support last night. Was told that the bonus games were never available to people that bought the disc based version of Gears 4. Informed them that I had the case in front of me with the bonus content in the lower corner
    and the information on the back stating the DL would need 32GB to download. Support said I need to take the disc back to the retailer cause there must be something wrong with the disc! I informed them that the disc was purchased before 12/31 and that it
    would be too late to return to a store... and it was now opened software! I never received my dl codes. Was told I would only get DL codes if I purchased game in Microsoft store online!!! I asked for a supervisor twice. Support told me that it would
    not help as the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I have been a Microsoft customer since Windows 3.1 and am beginning to regret my Xbox One purchase. This should be an easy fix. Can anyone straighten this out?

    Pre order bonus not recieved

    As you can see from the title I still haven't recieved my Bonus Characters or skins from pre ordering gears of war 4

    If any of the three conditions is no then no codes

    Microsoft Store wont let me install Gears 5 without also installing Gears or War 4

    I bought the key/code from a 3rd party reseller. Its downloading right now and in my library, it's called "Gears 5 and bonus Gears of War 4".
