hello. I was told by support chat to request a copy of my email from my xbox console about game redeemable codes. I was mid redeeming a code and was going back to the message to activate another when I accidentally deleted it. If you're able to resend that
msg or a new one that'd be great. Pls and thank you!

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

At least you were able to redeem your code that came with the console bundle @wo1fenstine. There are tons of us that cannot even redeem our code.

When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.

Hey there -

I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.
