    I on windows10 have bought GOW 4. I am going to buy xbox one. Whether this game will be available also on a xbox one, at the game is written that plays everywhere.

    Just got recently XBOX One S 1TB edition with Gears of War 4 but...

    Also I downloaded and played Gears of War 4 in Live, but I haven't got yet Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment games what promised players who play Gears of War 4 in Live, what I have done.

    Hi

    As long as the game was purchased digitally through the Microsoft store on your PC then the game should be available for you to download and play on your Xbox One when signed in with the profile that originally purchased it.
