Gear of War 1 and 3 game codes are not working

Discus and support Gear of War 1 and 3 game codes are not working in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Please help me with codes for Gears Of War 1 and 3, which are not working.     Please help me with codes for Gears Of War 1 and 3, which are not working. I got them when preordered Gears of War 4.

    Gears of war 3 code replacement

    Looks like a lot of people are having this issue, myself included ( Gear 1 and 3 codes are not working for me), I think all we can do is wait , they will probably send new codes.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? What region is your account set for and what region are you physically located in?

    Region free games??? Purchase xbox in one country and buy games in another country.

    This seems no longer to be true.

    Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

    There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).

    Hi, sorry for my bad english. I try all my best that you can understand me.

    I have 3 Codes:

    "Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

    I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

    Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

    I get these Message:

    Something went wrong

    on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
