    I played co-op online between Aug25 and dec31, 2015. I thought I was sent the token and redeemed it for the 360 verson of gears 1,2,3, and judgment. I tried to download gears of war 2 today on my xbox one and it wasnt in my list of game to download nor installed
    on it, but all the others gears games for 360 were in the download list. So I called customer support and they looked over my account and said that they could not find were i had redeemed the token, I no longer have the code in my xbox messages or in my email.
    I then looked in my achievement history for gears of war UE and I have an achievement for playing 10 chapters in co-op mode during the time that you had to play to get the token plus others. I informed them of this and they directed me to speak with an ambassador
    on the forms or in the chats as the ambassadors were the one who handled giving the codes out for the xbox 360 bc games for the people who played the game on xbox live and request that a code be resent. I already talked to an ambassador in the chart and was
    direct to post under the form category. To request a new code be sent to my account.

    Haven't received Gear 1-3 and Judgement Codes

    I bought Gears of War : Ultimate Edition on Xbox One not long after it came out (Aug.25, 2015). The promotion was if you played it on Xbox Live anywhere from Aug. 25 to Dec. 31 , 2015, you would recieve 1,2,3 and Judgement for free. I still have not received
    any codes and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with why.

    Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Codes

    I was told by playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition (I bought it on August 25th I believe) from Aug. 25 through Dec. 31, 2015, you’ll get access to Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment in Backward Compatibility when
    it launches this fall. I never got those codes. My gamertag is

    You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.
