    Garden Warfare 2 is not installing and keeps stopping the installation.


    My game is not installing and I need help fixing it. I've tried restarting the console, canceling and restarting the update, checking hard dive space, updating the console, and even turning it off and back on again. Please help with this if you have any suggestions.

    Hello Zombiegone3470, does this installation error only happen with Garden Warfare 2 that happens to all the games you try to install on the console?

    Does an error message appear when you try to install the game?

    Your console is connected to the internet over Wi-Fi or network cable, if you're over Wi-Fi, try schanging it to the network cable for better connection stability.

    Hello nic51nanan,

    Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the title? The issue appears to have occurred for anyone who downloaded the trial version through EA Access.

    1. Delete Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 from Storage.

    2. Go to 'My Games & Apps' and scroll to the Ready to Install section.

    3. Choose to install Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 that appears, not the Beta (if that was still downloaded).

    4.When the download begins, the Deluxe Edition DLC and pre-order DLC will appear in the 'Manage game' area.

    One thing I find wierd is, for example, I have plants vs zombies garden warfare downloaded on my 360 (and i’ll admit I havent checked the backwards compatabiltiy list yet so it may be on there, though, if it is, that just raises more questions) and going
    into the microsoft store on the Xbox one, you are able to purchase and download garden warfare, but it doesn’t show up under Ready to Install, could something else be not letting me install it?
