Buongiorno a tutti da un paio di giorni non mi funziona piú l'uscita audio del mio nuovo controller Xboxone.

Acquistato su Amazon a Agosto 2019, sostituito a Settembre 2019 tramite Amazon per un problema a una levetta, ora non funziona uscita audio, ma Amazon dopo 30 giorni dice di rivolgersi a produttore, come posso fare?

Sono in attesa chat da 1h prima coda 3 e ora da 25 minutiminut in coda:1

Sto perdendo le speranze, sapete come posso fare? E' ancora in garanzia?

Come tutte le cose è in garanzia x 2 anni in Italia dai difetti di fabbricazione. Ma è difficile dimostrare che um difetto di fabbricazione si evidenzi solo dopo alcuni mesi. Vai su

E se non lo avevi gia fatto, registra il controller. Automaticamente ti berra detto se viene considerato in garanzia o no. Una volta stabilito questo clicca sull'immagine del controller registrato e si apre la pagina con i dettagli e le procedure ler mandarlo
in assistenza, garanzia,seguire stato riparazione e altro.

No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

That would only work for the Xboxone Controller.

The XboxOne controller is wireless and wired. You plug in the Micro Usb cable and the controllers internal radio is turned off. All data is then transferred, through the wire to the console. So when you buy the XboxOne you are essentially getting both wireless
and wired controls. For fast paced games like COD wired is the way to go. The input lag on a wireless controller( I'm talking current gen, I know XboxOne will have wifi direct) was not noticeable for most people but I did. Wired is way better. Now for just
normal puzzle games and relaxing gameplay wireless is fine, especially with the new data rates and tech in the XboxOne controller.
